One official website
Only the altagroupe.fr website (and the postal address opposite) is official. AltaGroupe and its subsidiaries never solicit the public for savings, an investment or a placement: any such financial solicitation received via another address, a social network, WhatsApp or any other messaging app (encrypted or not) does not come from the group.
An email's sender is not proof
The sender address of an email can be forged. A message that appears to come from "@altagroupe.fr" is therefore not necessarily genuine: if in any doubt, do not act on it.
